We liaise with your child's external providers to ensure a coordinated approach to their learning. This includes working alongside paediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and developmental psychologists.

We offer specialist advice and consultancy for students with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia. Our tailored guidance helps families and educators develop effective strategies to support each student's unique learning needs.

POLICIES

Terms & Conditions

  1. 1.Sessions start and end promptly at the allocated session time. Students must be collected on time.
  2. 2.Tutoring sessions will begin at the start of each school term. No sessions will be carried out during the school holidays, or public holidays, unless otherwise specifically arranged or as part of a holiday intensive.
  3. 3.All sessions occur in the Learning Collective offices face-to-face, not on school grounds or in the client's home. Online tutoring can be arranged by request and is dependent on educational goals, subjects covered, and the age of the student.
  4. 4.Parents and guardians are not permitted to remain in the tutoring session with the student. Brief feedback can be provided at the conclusion of each session. Written reports and detailed feedback are available upon request, and additional charges will apply.
  5. 5.Clients (students) are expected to behave respectfully at all times. If the tutor feels that the client's behaviour is not respectful, parents will be contacted. If the behaviour continues to be unacceptable, the tutor reserves the right to cancel future sessions without refunding any pre-paid session fees.
  6. 6.Fees for the term are to be paid in full prior to, or on the first day of tutoring, each term.
  7. 7.An invoice will be sent prior to the first session of tutoring for new clients; or for current clients, towards the end of the current school term. The invoice will outline tutoring costs for the following term, and confirm the date, time and place of tutoring sessions.
  8. 8.Tutoring will not take place without payment of fees.
  9. 9.Credit will not be offered for missed sessions, unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is received.
  10. 10.Fees are subject to change each financial year.
